Return Policy

We accept the exchange for damaged products if that is fault from our factory, and you will pay the shipping cost for return to our factory. We do not accept refund cause it will be issued to transfer dollars from Vietnam to another country if it is for a goods purchase!

Please follow these simple steps if your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described:

• Buyer needs to provide relevant pictures or video of the products within 7 days after received.
• Take pictures of damaged items: Send the photos to lylyseyelash@gmailcom along with your reference number.
• After confirmation, we will contact you to arrange for the return of the product. You will receive your new items for exchange.

Because international shipping fees can be expensive, we recommend a big discount for your next order, as a compensation. Thank you for your patience!
